I fell in love with the impeccably designed minimalist rooms that offered a cozy, quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot for drinks as I relished the beautiful city views while basking in the atmosphere. Plus, I appreciated the unique in-bathroom music feature that added a fun touch to my experience!

Amazingly comfortable and relaxing room, clean hotel in general.

The breakfast was great, the staff were nice.

The location was magnificent in a modern area, near the center of Munich, the Isator train station and many restaurants and cultural sites and Marienplatz and Virtualienmarkt. Besides, it was 1 km away from an ornate neo-Gothic town hall.

Unfortunately, amenities were missing.

Positive, The jacuzzi room had nice touches like music in the bathroom and a TV you could watch from the tub. Location was great-lots of restaurants nearby and just a 20-minute walk to the main train station. The rooftop bar was awesome for relax drinks!

Brand-new, absolutely perfect room for the safe to be stored in a higher shelf rather than on the ground, everything was nice. The setting was quite stunning and good within easy reach of a prominent public square.

The stuff where kind and nice, gave us great tips. The hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location, right next to the main square...

Location right off Marienplatz made exploring Munich easy. Walked to attractions and found the train station nearby. Staff greeted us warmly and offered coffee as we waited for our room. The room itself was cozy with a clean bathroom, with heated floors that felt luxurious. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options, perfect for fueling our daily adventures. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely vibe in the evening, ideal for unwinding with a drink. On the downside, our room felt a bit cramped, partly due to limited storage for clothes. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, so we opted for an open window, which let in street noise. A shower door would have helped prevent water spills. It's a fantastic spot if you want to be in the heart of the city, but expect a few minor quirks.

The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast selection, with freshly brewed coffee & delicious options to kickstart the day 🌞 Room was cozy but the air conditioning was a bummer. Would have loved an extra armchair to chill in!

We loved how close it was to so many attractions! Our family, including our grandchild, enjoyed hanging out on the spacious balcony and made good use of the big windows for natural light. The breakfast had amazing options to fuel our day!

My kids wished there were more storage options for our clothes.

It was just an excellent fit for exploring town in Munich with definitely value for money. The rooftop terrace was great. Bring earplugs just in case the street noise bothers you when the windows are open.

Haus Im Tal offers a great location, helpful staff, and a good breakfast experience. The warm welcome and lovely coffee at check-in were personal touches.

The cute staff provided clear instructions for check-in, made my arrival smooth. My room included a coffee machine and ample towels. The location was amazing, situated close to the main plaza, with numerous restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar with a nice ambiance for relaxation after a long day.

The air conditioning struggled in the warmer moments.
